Product Features
Ultra-thin type: It is made by injection molding of polymer and nylon as raw materials. The soft material on the hook surface is of the ultra-thin type, which can be used with various soft fastener fabrics.
It is available with transparent and opaque materials and three hook selections, namely, thin double hooks No. 2, middle hooks No. 3, and thick hooks No. 4.
Matching at will: The suede surface can be selected separately. It is usually not used with Juhe brand nylon suede surface.
Comparison of advantages and disadvantages
Ultra-light, ultra-thin, ultra lateral tension (up to 1000g/cm in average).
The occlusal gap of the hook hair is only 1mm (compared to that of traditional hook hair which is about 2-3mm).
This new model of injection hook is less likely to hook yarn and is of delicate shape, giving good appearance in garment sewing.
It can be matched with reverse printing to enhance brand image, adding to the overall effect of the product.
In addition to traditional sewing and fixation, it can be used with open mold high-frequency compression to enhance product sophistication.
